Part 3 : Homestay & Guardianship by Lim's

Homestay allows students and visitors to live in a locaal home as a member of the family. Students living in a homestay environment, will find their English language improve dramatically through daily conversation and interactions with the family members.

We provide homestay (living with our family) and guardianship services for foreign students who wish to study in Singapore. We strive to provide a home sweet home for these students who are away from home. At the same time, we aim to instill independence in them, preparing them for the future.

Our homestay provides :

- Full Board and Lodging :

  • A Safe, Clean and Comfortable Home,
  • Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner,
  • Laundry and Ironing Services,
  • Washing, Cleaning, Housekeeping, etc

- Orientation to the local People & Culture :

- Airport pick up & Drop off services :

- Room Layout :

  • 2 person in a room with Air Cond.

- Each students is allocated with :

  • Single Bed
  • 1 Book Shelf
  • 1 Cupboard

- Common Facilities :

  • Bathroom (come with water heater)
  • Computer Area
  • Study Area
  • TV / Living Room
  • Pantry (include Fridge)

- Guardianship :

  • is a must for student under 17 years old
  • Primary school student (included)

Guardianship service include :

  1. Sponsorship / Guardianship for the school purpose
  2. Application to the schools and Application for the Student Pass
  3. Arrangement for Goverment School Fees, Deposit and Condition
  4. Daily transportation to & from school arrangement (Student bus or Public Transport Pass)
  5. Orientation to public transport system and amenities
  6. Collection of Student Pass & Orientation to School
  7. Purchased of school books & uniform arrangement
  8. Medical check up arrangement and collection of report (from school)
  9. Student Insurance (for foreign student)
  10. Seeing to the kids' needs at school, eg : parent's meeting day, home tuition arrangement, etc
  11. Assistance in the opening bank account for the student
  12. Outing or Education Trip once a month with my family at our expenses
  13. Keeping tabs on Student's progress at school and updating parents of their child's performance at school. Separate reports from guardian to parents on the kids daily behaviour and school progress
